Commercial Cleaning

Our crews will do anything to meet the cleaning needs of your office or commercial complex. Because we understand that it is a workplace, we are willing to work after hours so we do not interfere with any activities. We do not touch any desks (unless requested) because we recognize that they are home to important and confidential documents. We work with you to make a checklist for your office cleaning so that we can ensure ultimate customer satisfaction in your workplace. The crews can come daily, twice weekly, weekly, monthly, or any schedule you desire! We bring the supplies and use high-end commercial equipment, but will use your products if you prefer. Move Out Cleanings

Student Maid™ specializes in move out cleanings. If you are a realtor or a property manager, we’d love to handle your move outs. After signing a contract with Paradigm Properties Management Team to do the move out cleanings during student turnover, we have plenty of experience! For those who need individual move out cleanings, we have worked with property managers, realtors, and homeowners and know what is required to get your security deposit back. We follow a detailed move out checklist that includes requirements we have seen when it comes to these types of cleanings. However, if your property manager or realtor has provided you with a list, we will follow his/her directions. Get an estimate.

Errand Service

Have a deadline? Need something mailed? How about someone to pick up office supplies? That's what we're here for! Starting at $20/hour - Get an estimate.

Party Preparation/Cleanup

We specialize in party prep and clean up! If you’re having a party and need help getting everything together, you can count on us. We can decorate, clean, run errands, set up, park cars…anything to make your event spectacular! Our crews can also stay and help throughout the party if needed, or can return later and clean up. We can send as many students as you need! Starting at $35/hour - Get an estimate.

Holiday Decorating/Clean Up

Need help setting up the Christmas tree? What about taking the ornaments down and packing them away? We take can take care of your holiday needs, no matter what they may be! Starting at $25/hour - Get an estimate.

Commercial FAQs:

Q: Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Student Maid is licensed, insured, and can provide proof of worker's compensation if necessary.

Q: Are your employees background checked?

Yes. Student Maid uses Intelli Investigations, located in Gainesville, to background check each employee.

Q: Do you bring all of the necessary supplies?

Yes. When it comes to cleaning, we bring everything needed to do the job. However, we can use your products and vacuum if you prefer.

Q: Do you send the same students every time?

We always try to send the same students each and every time. However, in the event of a scheduling conflict we will make sure that at least one of the students is familiar with your business. You can always request a certain crew as well.

Q: Do you clean after hours?

Yes. We can clean while you are there, or when the office is closed.. You can give us a key and the alarm code if it's easier for you!

Q: What areas do you service?

We currently service the greater Gainesville area. We can also service Alachua, Newberry, High Springs, Micanopy, Archer, and Fort White. We have a $10 gas charge, but for those outside of Gainesville, this amount can range from $15-$30. Please contact us for more information.

Q: Do you offer green cleaning?

Yes! If you'd prefer green products, we can use them for an additional charge of $10. Our bathroom cleaner does have bleach, but the other products we typically use do not have strong odors. However, If you'd prefer to go green just let us know!

Q: How do I pay?

You can either leave cash or a check made out to Student Maid. If you are not home at the time of payment, we can invoice you. We also accept debit and credit cards!

Q: What happens if I am not happy with the cleaning job?

If something was not done on the checklist, or if it was done poorly, we are more than happy to send the crew back to fix their mistakes free of charge. We aim for 100% customer satisfaction-- all day, every day.

Q: How do I get started?

Visit the estimate page on our site or contact us at contact@studentmaid.com. Someone from Student Maid will contact you within 12 hours. For urgent requests, call 352 672 0038. If it is for cleaning, we will provide you with a copy of the checklist and you are free to customize it for your office. We are available to meet you beforehand or immediately schedule a cleaning.

Q: Do you clean desks and computers or straighten papers?

That is up to you. We understand that your work may be sensitive, so we do not touch desks or papers unless asked, but we do lightly dust computer screens.

Q: Since you are students, are you still here for holidays and summer?

Yes. We work year round and are open on most holidays. We do not close for UF holidays, summer break, winter break, or spring break.
